It has taken the state of Kentucky 190-plus days to "investigate" the circumstances surrounding the murder of Breonna Taylor which occurred on March 13, 2020. So many questions and not enough answers. On Wednesday, September 23, 2020 a grand jury returned the indictment and was presented by state Attorney General, Daniel Cameron. All three officers were cleared of any wrongdoing in the raid that ultimately led to the shooting death of Breonna Taylor. As the world reacts to the courts decision, protests continue to erupt around the globe. Once again, the US has sent a clear message stating that some lives do not matter and deserve no justice. When is enough, enough? All lives cannot matter until ALL lives matter. The nation and court system may have failed her but we will continue to say her name.
