I go to therapy bi-weekly. I share my thoughts on the main topic of my therapy session for the week. Then the weeks I don't have therapy it will be my freestyle week.Hopefully with my podcast it brings you some entertainment, helps you enjoy your work day or ride home. I really want for it to also help more young African American people like myself feel comfortable with going to therapy.
