We focus on nurse wellness as we share experiences about lessons learned during the pandemic and seek to create a positive vision for the future of nursing. This podcast is a collaborative effort of the major health systems in the Dayton, Ohio area: Kettering Health, Premier Health, and Dayton Children’s Hospital. Host Cynthia Hammond, PhD, MS, MSN, RN is an assistant professor in the Kettering College department of nursing and brings her commitment to nurse wellness, mental health, and nursing education to every episode.
