The main goal of business is to maximize profits, but what are the main cogs in the system of the economy? PEOPLE! In order for a business to thrive, so too must its workforce in terms of diversity, their mental and physical health, and feeling valued in the workplace. On today’s episode we interview Rhiannon Rosalind, who is the CEO of the Economic Club of Canada (one of the most prestigious organizations in the country).

• How Rhiannon became President of the Economic Club at age 26, and rebranded it to a nationwide organization
