「Why should the Gentiles say,

　"So where is their God?"」　Amen.

　The people of the surrounding nations said to the Israelites, "The one true God? The Creator? Your country is always under threat, and your lives are always difficult. Where is the God you believe in?" Similarly, people said to Jesus on the cross, "If you are the Son of God, save yourself. Then we will believe." We find it easier to believe when we can actually see the work of God, but blessed are those who believe without seeing.

　Today, may we be mindful of what we do not see.
