I want to say, one of the things I love most is that you are not afraid to evolve. You were honest in the past and shared your opinion on Therapy and I love the acknowledgment of that in the beginning of this episode and then what changed for you. This doesn’t make you hypocritical, it makes you a human that’s open to growth. You also do such a lovely job of explaining why you are making the choices you make and it comes across so lovely as your opinion and your experience and not preachy or forcing your perspective on others or shaming others - truly just your lived opinion and experience at that time. Just lovely!

Your husband doesn’t understand and keeps negating the reasons you wanted to make money. I get it, totally. Money is power too. I have always wanted to earn and pay my share- period. I understand that it doesn’t matter to a lot of men. But, they likely never trusted another person with their financial support, been abandoned, and left homeless with a couple of kids and a career gap. Try that one on and tell me it doesn’t matter if you earn your own money. I will never put that kind of trust in another person. I’ve been continuing to listen….. he interrupts, he negates your feelings, etc. You are a better sport about it than I would be

Really love her and follow on Instagram but was disappointed with the flow of her podcast. I get you need to have ads run but it’s definitely hard to follow your guests story when interrupted every 4 minutes. Maybe you can lump them all together once or twice throughout the show

Love Valeria and the way she speaks and her guests but it’s hard to follow when there’s a lot of ads so I often lose the thread of the conversation and it’s a shame!

I follow Valeria on Instagram and I’m such a fan of the diversity content she brings, from fashion, motherhood, spirituality, self development and etc….No matter what the topic is, her message is always so real, vulnerable and wise.

One of my favorite solo episodes that Valeria recorded was when she spoke about why she didn’t celebrate the small wins or even the big successes with her husband Gary and they just moved along to conquer the next mountain. I love that she is now able to say she is proud of herself (can cheer herself on). I can’t wait until she can give herself a standing ovation! My new favorite podcast. I find it very comforting. I would like also for Valeria and the guests to not interrupt each other at all and sometimes explain a little better about what they’re referring to, because as the listener, you may not have heard of the guest or know what they’re referring to.

I’m captivated by the genuine authenticity that I know V has from following her on social media but most importantly what she brings out on her guest. Makes me want to sit and talk to her .. I don’t relate to all the topics but I feel like I always take something with me after I listen.

She has amazing guests on the show and seems like a very sweet person. However, the interviews tend to turn around to be about her instead of allowing the focus to be on the guest. Also, a lot of the questions asked are done so by also providing two options as answers and I don’t think she’s realizing she’s doing this. It would be nice to just allow the guest to answer on their own

First watched with Morgan Stewart and was taken. Now I have watched or listened to several and I think Valeria is great at this and has such a great style.

Absolutely loved the interview with Morgan Stewart! It felt like I was sitting talking with girlfriends. Love Valeria’s realness and meeting her guests where they are. Highly recommend!

Valeria is so much more than her long legs and a pretty face - she’s deep, introspective and curious about life; her interviews reflect that and I love her questions, her ability to listen and how she leads. I’m older than Valeria and I love watching her grow.
