The Kentucky Bourbon Festival kicks off next Friday and we have an early review of some bottles that can be purchased there. You've heard us talk about Dark Arts MANY times on the podcast. Even though enthusiasts are familiar with all the great alchemy that is taking place right here in Lexington, KY - we feel the best is yet to come for this still relatively new whiskey house. In this episode, we taste and review two of their upcoming releases: a hazmat Kentucky bourbon and a 19 year old Kentucky bourbon that was finished for an astonishing 7 years in Japanese Mizunara. Along the way, we talk about the coming fall season, sports, and a bunch of other fun stuff. Are you going to KBF? If so, you'll want to give Dark Arts a visit!
