Are you a weightlifter?

You don't need to be a COMPETITIVE weightlifter to still be a weightlifter. If you lift weights, and/or perform resistance training on a regular basis, you are a weightlifter.

You may be doing this for any number of reasons - you very likely are trying to build muscle, but why? To improve your RMR? To fill out your clothes differently? To gain functional strength?

Whatever the reason, there's also a time in every weightlifter's life when they need to consider cardio. When, how much, and why to do it?

Inside this episode I dive into reasons behind these things, and how cardio can help in certain situations but can also be a detriment in other situations.

Spoiler alert: the answer to the question in the podcast title is NOT "never"!

  • Pass this along to that one friend in your life that NEEDS to hear the words.
