The title says it all here - short term success leads to long term failure. Why? Because fitness doesn't work quickly. True fitness results are not immediate.
Short-cutting, bypassing the work, and trying to accelerate the process of changing your body and mindset is not immediate. If you're experiencing rapid results that seem too good to be true, chances are you're using a method that's unconventional and unhealthy (like a crash diet).
