Wow, how did I not know about this podcast until now?! I’m a single family home buy n hold investor and absolutely love these interviews. I’ve been investing for 6 years and have 12 rentals myself. But I’m picking up some great nuggets from these interviews.

I have been listening to the RWN podcast for the past 3 years and it was always a wealth of great information for a newbie investor like myself. Unfortunately I’ve decided to stop listening to this podcast. It feels lately like it has become a right leaning platform for Kathy and guests to gripe about liberal policies. I wish they would’ve just stuck to real estate. If you really want to learn about real estate without the personal agenda there are other real estate podcasts out there. I started listening to Bigger Pockets around the same time as RWN and it’s still one of the best RE podcasts out there!

Been loving this show. This episode was pretty intense to listen to however. A very right leaning view on economic policy. And a vastly erroneous view on the how much the EIPs helped households. He stressed how the government help during Covid was encouraging people to not work. How silly to think the EIPs were enough to pay rent and cover costs.

Thank you Kathy for bringing us these stories! I love hearing different perspectives - from experts in the field to newbie investors to experienced real estate investors. It helps me to better understand my journey as an investor. Plus, some of the stories are very heartwarming!

Kathy Fettke is an inspiration and her heart is always in the right place. She has guests on from all walks of life with different perspectives and views but they all have one thing in common, real estate. Kathy has a curious mind and is passionate about real estate and is genuine. It's hard to make everyone happy but I think she does an excellent job of staying objective and likewise openminded to her guests that she has on the show as she wants to learn from her guests as much as she wants her listeners to. A wealth of knowledge and full of original stories that will inspire you, this show is one you should have at the top of your subscription list.

Good basic info but many things clouded by politics. Wish she would just stay with the topic but I think it’s headed in the wrong direction. Maybe she should live in a foreign country to learn that things are different elsewhere. She seems to have no clue.

When the show deviates from real estate, it’s value drops significantly.

Their most recent show had a conspiracy theorist guest sowing fear and discord. Their guest spoke gibberish based on QAnon theories. Kathy agreed with everything he said. Why would I trust my money with these people? This is shocking and embarrassing.

Content is solid and good. I'm learning a lot about real estate. Thanks for the great value you and your guests give in each episode.

Awesome Podcast with great content. I started listening after watching Kathy Fettke speak at an event ion Colorado. This is a very valuable podcast.

I am a landlord and general contractor in a large market (Raleigh NC) and moving to Charlotte NC . I listen to both of K’s podcasts for a valuable source of news and information I would not be able to receive elsewhere in one scoop. The info is top notch and as they err on the fiscally conservative side, I really appreciate the down to earth factual reporting. Keep it up !! And look me up if you ever want to get into the Charlotte or Raleigh markets!

I really appreciate the episode 700 the power of faith. I’m very encouraged by the content and thankful for what God has done for you! Yes indeed, because of His stripes you were healed!

This pains me to write as I was a big fan and supporter of this podcast, and have been with them since the beginning. But lately, it almost feels like they are running out of educational topics. They spent some episodes talking some things that happened to their properties - but did not spend any time discussing what they were doing, options - you know, real estate education things. The final straw for me though was when the show became politic and talked about universal health care and how it wouldn’t work and didn’t understand why someone would want it. How about that it works in other countries? How about that - in the hands of private insurers - health care costs have skyrocketed and have become out of reach for the poor? And yes - as someone who was uninsured and unable to afford basic health care, this is a topic that strikes close to home for me. It’d even be one thing if it was the guest - but Kathy egged him on and even said, “I completely agree.” I am appreciative of the more educational episodes but if I wanted to listen to politics, I would turn on cnn or fox news. Sadly, I am Unsubscribing.

I recently heard Kathy and Rich speak at an event. Wow and Wow! What an amazing story! They are the real deal and are helping so many others in the process. Kathy is so knowledgeable. You will increase your wealth by listening to this show!
