We’ve been working with Jay for many years. We inquired a long time ago about being able to allow the kids to use their money we had saved up for their college as a private lender. The answer was yes they could! Previously I had looked into other ways for them to make more interest on their money and absolutely nothing offered the return that this did. To date both our kids have made in interest alone over 1/2 of what they contributed to private lending. In addition to them, we also take part in private lending. I recommend it to any and all who have some extra money sitting around that is not earning much interest. You too will see that it is well worth it!!
