Love this podcast!
I absolutely love listening to this podcast. It has thought me so many things! I love the relevant topics that Dr Scott chooses and how he varies having guests on or dose a solo podcast to impart his wisdom on us. Everything has been science but very easy to understand. Definitely a podcast I love to talk about and share. I love that this podcast helps me talk to my chiropractor and understand what he is saying and even ask intelligent questions that help my Dr know exactly what I need out of my visits.

Always learn something new
I've been meaning to write a review for weeks. I'm a faithful listener and personal trainer in San Francisco, so it's fun hearing from a "neighbor" and someone I've met in real life! I'm partial to your movement and fitness related episodes, but I definitely come away with new information I can directly apply to my business and clients with every single episode. Thanks for taking the time to put these together. They're certainly valuable to me and many others!

Get Educated on Proper Chiropractic Care & Optimal Health
I've been listening to Dr. Scott's podcast for about 4 months, and I love the insight he and his guests provide regarding proper and progressive chiropractic care! After listening to Dr. Scott and some of the chiropractors he's interviewed, I decided to switch to a chiropractor who was focused on functional movement and would view my alignment and movement in a way that would help me accomplish my current and future physical goals. I am so much more satisfied with my chiropractic care now! I also appreciate the recent podcasts on pediatric chiropratic and will be researching chiropractors in my area who are certified in pediatric chiropractic care. Even though I'm not pregnant and won't be having any more children, the podcasts regarding pregnancy and postpartum were enlightening. My first child was born via c-section and it took 7 weeks for her to latch on correctly for breastfeeding and I had sciatica for 7 weeks. I should have gotten regular adjustments during pregnancy (which I did the second time around) and would have had my daughter adjusted right after birth. I also wish BIRTHFIT would've been a resource for me 7 years ago. Their work sounds amazing! I will be referring pregnant friends and family members to their website. Lastly, Dr. Scott has a made-for-podcasts voice. He's an incredible resource for optimal health and definitely easy on the ears!

Interesting and Informative
Dr. Scott always has practical and sensible suggestions to listener questions. His guests have been interesting from other chiropractors to coaches with subjects ranging from injury and healing, proper workout techniques and business. I think his experience as a trainer in college sports, education and personal background of injury really supports the kind of information he's putting out there. Highly recommended!

The new wave of health care
Just wanted to stop in and say what a refreshing and informative podcast this is. As a physical therapist I appreciate some of the myths you have been "busting" as I hear them come up in my practice as well. It is a breath of fresh air to hear from another health care provider who is interested in holistic care and the importance of movement. Keep up the good work
