Miraculously, she survived. But, Jane later finds out she is the only survivor of a serial killer who prowled the Connecticut River Valley in the 1980s and killed at least 8 women before her. In episode 12 of season 3, Tim Pilleri and Lance Reenstierna speak with Stephanie Rabinowitz and Eric Ulis about their search for the stolen Gardner art. Stephanie was a friend of Brian McDevitt's.
