Most of us are always taking care or doing for others without taking a brief moment out for ourselves to see what we want or need. This podcast will encourage you to take a moment and meditate and reflect on questions or topics that will be discussed.
Making Changes
Sometimes we set a goal and want results right away or we are doing to many things at once. To achieve goals we most slow down and choose one goal at a time. Take that goal and break it down into steps because small steps or goals leads into big results and changes which in turn your goal will be achieved. So pick one thing and FOCUS on that and when it's achieved move to the next.

To love yourself is always to think about the positive things about yourself. It's not about what others like about you but what you love about you. To love yourself you must embrace all aspects of you, your uniqueness. Self Awareness is important if you are saying negative things about yourself then Stop! and focus on the positve things.
