Each week, Kim Lottes, Shamanic Practitioner and Spiritual Therapist, will offer wisdom, guidance, and experiential practices to help you tap into your inner world, access your ability to heal yourself, and journey to alternate realities where you can meet your guides and find your own answers within. We are living in unprecedented times and many lightworkers have chosen to be here at this moment to bring about shifts in consciousness so that we awaken into a new world. Episode 3: Creating and Maintaining Your Sacred Garden
In today's episode, I talk about our Sacred Garden, an inner sanctuary that we can create for ourselves. Hank Wesselman has a lovely book, The Journey to the Sacred Garden: A Guide to Traveling in the Spiritual Realms. Wesselman describes four rules that our gardens operate from: 1. Everything in the garden is symbolic of some aspect of ourselves or our life experience. 2. Everything in the garden can be communicated with, enhancing understanding. 3. The garden can be changed by doing work. 4. When you change your garden, some part of you or your life will change in response. I talk about how my Sacred Garden has evolved over time and experiences that two of my students have had with their gardens. At the end of the episode, settle in for a guided meditation to your own Sacred Garden.

Episode 2: Resetting Your Nervous System
In this week's podcast, I start by calling in the directions to create sacred space. I then guide us through four practices to reset the nervous system, helping to take us out of the sympathetic nervous system (fight/flight) and into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest/digest). When in the parasympathetic nervous system, our bodies are able to naturally begin to heal and restore themselves. I guide four practices but give five different ideas for ways to tune back into our bodies, rather than distracting, denying, or dissociating. Most of them take five minutes or less. The last offering is a longer (approx 18 minute) guided yoga nidra for healing.
