I listen to several, maybe too many, real estate related podcasts. Mike’s content is what current agents need to hear in his truthful and unfiltered way. Society is changing, and the ways of the popular guru’s, that may have been good in the 99’s, are going to be eliminated in a few years. Mike prepares us for the future.

So I’m a new agent, 2 months in and I’ve been listening to every podcast and reading every book/blog I can. I have a personal blog and social channels and I feel that marketing myself properly via those channels is what’s really going to set me apart- today I listened to my first episode and I really felt like he was speaking to me.
