I wish someone had sat me down 10 years ago and said 'Jo, if you do anything, do these two things. If you focus on these two strategies and do them well, your chances of long term success are greatly increased'. Not that we haven't had success over the years. We've had some great successes, but what I'm talking about here is setting up your business so it stands the test of time. Creating a lifestyle business that once you've put the hard work in up front pays you over and over again for years to come, without having to be on Instagram or TikTok 24 hours a day.
