As Tony Eason’s yoga student of over 11 years, I can gratefully and humbly attest to the wisdom, discipline, honor, lovingkindness, knowledge, and skill that both lies behind those lessons and went into their crafting. You would do well to listen closely and let the tears out when they come.

I really love the style of this podcast! It reminds me of old radio shows with it’s eclectic little sound effects.
