Do these properties look sexy? Our guest this week, Eric Bumgarner the Executive Vice President of Industrial Brokerage Services with Colliers NE Florida, would concede that it isn’t, but what it lacks in cosmetic allure, it makes up for in terms of a safe, reliable, and long term investment. As Eric says, it’s everywhere all the time- it’s timeless. Jacksonville is uniquely primed for these properties because of the Industrial Sanctuary zones we have in our city, which includes a lot of the 159 million sqft of warehouses we have.
