Paul Thompson, Founder of One Call Capital, sits down with us this week to talk about fund managing. Paul left his high paying engineering job and started replacing that income with single family homes - specifically buying a new home every month for 18 months. Without a way to scale, he realized he needed to change his strategy and find something he really enjoyed: which was capital raising. Paul talks today about his very niche fund, why it works so well, and the many components he has in place to curb risk for himself and investors.
