Salam & Welcome to the Yalla, Let's Heal Podcast My name is Isabella Kanso, your podcast host. Growing up as a war child, refugee and dual identity immigrant “ Lebanese-Canadian Muslim,” I made it my life's work to dedicate my time and energy to have these difficult conversations in our own diaspora, break the stigmas and traumas in my lineage and bridge healing into the pillars of my home. If vou've ever felt stuck, lost or wanted to fit in on the spectrum of being too Arab, too white, too Immigrant, too poor or too haram then stay tuned as we dive deeper as a collective!
