Many like to say it's easy to move forward and just cut old things away. But no one really speaks on the emotionally painful part of it, to me we have to remember the practical aspect of being emotional creatures that hardly understand ourselves at best. Growth isn't so black and white, what works for one may not work for another. With this in mind, I believe there is importance in being aware and gentle with harder aspects of growth as we mature.
