Agenda:

• Drug Take-Back Program Sunset Review The Drug Take-Back Program was created in the legislature to go through January 1st, 2029, and is undergoing a review. This review will make a recommendation to change, continue or terminate the program. We intend for the pharmacy community to be involved in their research and fact finding. 
• Mifepristone access may be limited following action by the 5th Circuit Court, but is stayed until May 11th.  
• Ambulatory Care Academy Spring Meeting Recap
• Technician Spring Fling Meeting Recap 
• Annual Awards of Distinction Nominations Now Open (Due July 10, 2026)
• Board of Director Positions Now Open (Application due July 10, 2026)
