Welcome to the Working With Woes podcast! All people struggle, no matter if disadvantaged or privileged. I hope to create awareness and helpful tips for people anywhere on the spectrum of cptsd to pure polyanna. I'll talk about cptsd from many different angles - personal experiences, neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, lessons learned and relationships. I sincerely hope that this podcast series will help someone out there to care. This podcast begins with my own journey through multiple traumas and forgiveness. It takes you to the very beginning.
