I will start by first saying that I’m coming at this both as a listener of the podcast and as a past guest who was interviewed. From both these perspectives I have been struck by the hosts’ astute observations and deep insights. They add so much rich dialogue beyond their interviews with the guests that by the end of the episode you’ve gained multiple perspectives on a topic, not just one! They both bring many years of experience and expertise that help you break down what parts of the work world are obsolete, what needs to change and why. And finally, as a past guest, the one thing that struck me was how much time they spent thoughtfully preparing, thinking through, and collaborating to create a strong episode - few podcasters do that. You will absolutely learn and grow from each episode.
