Confidence, smartness, hardworking etc - does these actually get one anywhere, do they hold any true value and meaning? or just overrated myths causing unnecessary distraction getting in the way of being just yourself? All the above, Is it all different when it comes to a female?

Focussing primarily on judgement and behaviour, whether these exist or not in workspace. And whether females face any different reality. Bringing in angle of other minor patterns that may exclusively vary for a female(this is not another feminist debate).
