Interesting but production could be better
Interesting show but production is lacking. Example Episode 524, sounds like the people are speaking from the audience

Very interesting
I heard about this from Sword and Scale. I’m glad I listened to a few episodes. It is very interesting hearing from dispatchers and what they go through.

Highly Recommend! 5 Stars!!!
Edited: The host definitely took my previous review, very respectfully, and I can hear such an amazing, awesome difference in the latest episode! In my humbled opinion, it’s a very well deserved 5 stars! I appreciate the sensitivity to heart wrenching stories and love hearing the inevitable, funny stories to lighten the mood back up again, also! New listeners: I can vouch that if you give 5 stars and constructive feedback, he’ll do his best to implement by the next episode. Just give it a chance!

So Glad That You Are Doing This
I’m a retired police sergeant and spent 10 years supervising our department’s Homicide Unit. I could never have done my job without our wonderful dispatchers. For me they were (and are) a critical part of the team. You are truly the first, first responder. I’ve written the Behind and Beyond the Badge series and dispatchers and their stories are included in both volumes. I’m so glad that you have this podcast for 911 dispatchers. I’ve only listened to a few episodes but plan to listen to more. I’ve learned a lot. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Wow
I heard about this podcast from Sword and scale. I appreciate the help 911 operators give, such an important life line sometimes ordinary people with ordinary professions overlook. I myself would not be able to do what you do everyday, i would be too emotionally attached. Thank you.

Maybe it was just this episode
This is one of my regular podcasts and I love it. How ever this last episode had background music going with the person talking over it. That background music needs to go. Other than that this podcast is solid.

Just what I needed to push on
What started as a podcast with a precise focus for the reclassification of 9-1-1 Dispatchers has evidently transformed into something so much greater. Ricardo is inching ever closer to seeing his original goal succeed and is now able to broaden his podcast to the many other obstacles presented to dispatchers, dispatch centers, and the 9-1-1 community as a whole. Through imaginative listening, I have been able to share with my family the type of stresses that I deal with. Through the interviews I have learned how to better cope with these stresses, how to better perform at my job, as well as gain insight on how to better my center. Thank you and keep it up Ricardo!

Too much personal chatter
Far too much personal chatter. Totally boring when the host or guest spends 10 minutes on their personal matters.

Imagine Listening
I’m really interested in the image listening stories. I’m not so geeked about the interviews and lots of talking. Sound quality varies too. I’m proud of you for starting the podcast. It’s very helpful for front line fighters. Thank you

Love it
Great podcast to listen to. I’m on the fire and ems receiving side of being dispatched. This show is a great way to get a different view of the incidents.

Chatter
Too much chatter between the guests and the podcaster. I’d really rather you just get to the point of the podcast. Otherwise, I enjoy it.

Get to know 9-1-1
You should subscribe to this podcast. Heard about this podcast from an episode in Sword and Scale. Ricardo is funny and gives a heart to the unsung heroes. The stories can make you laugh or cry from the dispatchers who takes your call when your having the worst day of your life.
Overlysick
Not in stereo.
One voice comes in from the right, the other from the left, it's annoying.

I'm addicted
Heard Ricardo on another podcast and I had to start listening. So much respect for dispatchers now. This is important. Listen to it.

Amazing podcast!!
Just started listening to this podcast a few days ago when I heard of it from The Minds of Madness. I can't get enough of it. It comes together great with the voice and the delivery of it. I can't wait to catch up with all the episodes.

Thank you for all you do!
I don't work as a 9-11 operator. I just work in a manufacturing plant. But listening to your podcast helps a lot of people. I'm sure you know that! I hope if I ever have to call I can stay calm and focused. Hopefully you have taught me, and others! Thank you to all you brave people!

Very interesting!
I love listening to Within the Trenches. I'm not from the world in which the podcast talks about but I find it very interesting to know what goes on behind the scenes. Keep up the good work!

Amazing Podcast
Started listening about two weeks ago. I found this podcast as I was researching jobs in the LEO field and thought about a Dispatcher position. This podcast has opened my eyes to the position and has led me on the track of considering this as a career at the ripe old age of 34. Follow on Instagram @WTTTrenches for all the #IAM911 posts and use it on twitter as well. It's an eye opener. These professionals are amazing.
