We're back baby from our Summer break and there's a LOT to get through! Bushy parkrun's enormous 1000th event, farewell to Tom Williams and Matt Shields, data matters, summer rundowns including Nic Nic falling in love with the Eden Project parkrun, there's Patron's things, Nic Nic made it to the brutiful Durlston Country Park parkrun and Danny had plensty of fun at The Plens parkrun in Desborough.

It's our 6th anniversary episode! Sphealing the deal. Radio 2's Let's Move It campaign partners with parkrun. Nicola successfully introduces a newbie to Roundhay parkrun and Danny says no ifs but some butts at Bug Hunter Waters parkrun in Cambridgeshire. Plus there's a special postbox visit.

The Upside Down have had their world turned upside down with a few parkrun matters. Details matter. Digital strategy. Sugar people. There's also rugby moths and Danny went up and down at Gedling parkrun.

Renaming events and naming conventions. Lush things. Nicola was at Endure 24 in Leeds with lots of pod listeners plus Ross Noble. Meanwhile Danny went 'Oh!' at Barry Island parkrun and did 'Gavin & Stacey' things.

Eyeball Paul. Biscuit technicalities. parkrun branches. We pay tribute to Bere Island parkrun's John Walsh. Nicola adds Preston parkrun to her Top 10 which contains 47 events and Danny accomplishes a long-held wish to finally visit Albert parkrun in Middlesbrough.

Shirley Twirly's birthday, concise and precise news, a big batch of things, Nicola finally visits her NENYD at Glossop parkrun and Danny happens to be at Kingston parkrun's 666th event for Bev's 500th volunteer.

It's a wall of sound this week! Bleeps, cakelies, Olympic Day and even a NAT or two. Nicola completes her Wilson Index to 100 at Beacon Hill Country Park parkrun, Danny surprises his mum on a day out to Norwich at Colney Lane parkrun and Dolly makes a guest appearance as a percussionist.

This is SPARKRUN! It's our 300th pod (298 + 2)! Nicola breaks from Ultra Race Director duties to go to Cosmeston Lakes parkrun in Wales, we find out who is a human embodiment of her parkrun history, and Danny, the 850 tw*t, goes to Wakehurst parkrun and does his final parkrun.

A thrummingly positive pod this week! Nicola was at the adorable Whitekirk Hill parkrun in East Lothian, Scotland, whilst Danny was at the tremendous Holkham parkrun in north Norfolk.
