My unedited stream of consciousness about my own self love journey. I say things that probably don't make sense. There is a lot of deep personal reflection and sharing of personal history. But I do hope that in my free flow recording someone may hear something that will help them towards finding their own love. We all have everything we ever need within. But finding the treasure wouldn't be as fun in my opinion without the actual hunting. And that's the journey.
