On this week's Capitol Chats episode, Rep. Mark Spreitzer, D-Beloit, talks about proposed symbolic and substantive legislation aimed at improving the lives of LGBTQ+ Wisconsinites. Several bills are circulating the Capitol to address shared revenue, workforce housing and PFAS "forever chemical" contamination.
