Hey! I'm back with a long overdue episode about the importance of stillness in God's presence and meditation on his word!! This piece of wisdom is so valuable especially in a world that is always so busy!

Y'all know I loveee taking things that have helped me and using them to help you and I know that y'all have learned a thing or 2 in your own lives so I had some of my friends share some of the wisest things they've ever heard that they use in their own lives and a few things I use in my life to provide you lovely listeners with a beautifully blended smoothie of wisdom!!

The only thing we can really garuntee in this life is change, trials, and hard times so if you've ever struggled in these seasons and felt purposless or hopeless, this is a conversation you don't wanna miss.
