Single? Well, we have got an episode for you! Here at Wisdom From the Coop, we believe that the idea of singleness is one that is sometimes awkward and could be viewed as a negative in a lot of ways. However, we actually are thinking the opposite. Being single gives you opportunities for freedom that no one else has. We really believe that it is a time to embrace, not regret! Come join in on this week's episode!

Would you describe the way you conduct yourself in your relationships as sold out? We seem to have a tendency to act in a way that is in our best interest. Instead of telling our significant other what we may want, we get it for them assuming they want the same thing. Join us this week as we dissect what it looks like to enter into a truly healthy and effective relationship with anyone. Also, keep your eye out for Betsy on your local street corner, she may be showing off her hip hop dancing skills.

How often do we respond to the question, how was your week with busy? We feel that it is more often than not and today we get into why that is the case. It comes down to our identity in that we do not want to disappoint others by saying no to their requests. Betsy gets us to realize that saying no is needed and there should not be any hard feelings toward those who may not have the time or energy for us in the moment. She also shows a side of her that we never saw coming.

The "morning", whatever time of day that is for people, is a time the time we take for ourselves. Betsy and Clay talk about what their mornings look like and how it sets them up for their day. It is important that we learn how to ask questions. If we are curious about ourselves, it is much easier to be curious about others. Also, Post-Partum, if you do not know what that means, Clay gives us some insight into the definition and the need for certain words.

Set your student loans, ramen, nature valley bars, and stack of books aside because we’re talking about college. There has been a shift in purpose of college from a tool that helps people learn to a piece of paper that says we are qualified in a certain field. College may not be for everyone and that is a good thing. The goal is to figure out what we were created to do and today we are going to talk about what it looks like to work hard while doing something that gives us purpose.
