I visited the iconic Syberg's in St. Louis and enjoyed their wings covered in Syberg's famous sauce. Hockey-Dad Adam Adrignola was my wing guide at this happy hour so we had to record a Wings with Friends episode! Adam shared a little history of Syberg's in STL, their commitment to quality and how how they came up with this delicious mustard buffalo sauce-not to be outdone by their homemade rand and blue cheese! Brian Soto aka Senor_Foodie joined the podcast to talk about one of the best wings in Phoenix: The Works from JT’s. We’ve had JT’s on previous episodes but it was worth revisiting. I caught up with Brian once again over wings from ATL wings on Roosevelt Row. It's been two years since he shared his story with us on the podcast and I wanted to check in on his journey. Brian is busy going back to school, getting involved in politics and improving his community and the state of Arizona. We get serious, we get political, we get real but we keep it authentic. I had a wonderful time performing at the Comedy Catch in Chattanooga, Tenessee- one of the longest running family-owned clubs in the county! Chattanooga is known for their fried chicken so Danielle and I went to Champy's Famous Fried Chicken. We had delicious sweet-heat smoked wings but the real star of the meal was their golden friend chicken! Danielle and I talked about the business of comedy, networking and all the great people we meet along the way (stay till the end for a bonus shout-out segment!)
