This week Tasha is back for a second episode to chat through some of the highs and lows of her career in management so far. Us 3 also look back fondly on our time as a team - I think we can agree that dealing with a crisis is a great form of team bonding and we are all still convinced that squids ARE a (sea) safari animal! This is another great episode with sound advice from Tasha, particularly this little nugget that we wanted to highlight during these uncertain times - 'you can't make a permanent decision based on a short term situation'.
