Wine & Refine

Our voice should be the loudest one in our heads yet so often society will speak louder telling us we arn't doing good enough.  This week let's think about what we look like to ourselves when we show up as our most confident self.  We will be discussing this over a glass of sweet muscadine white wine. When was the last time you scared yourself?  You did something you have been terrified to do? You took that baby step towards living the life you desire? Those are the questions for today all to be had over a nice glass of Italian wine. Cheers!

We are talking about forgiving ourselves for things we have done on this journey called life.  We will never be perfect but our imperfections are what make us.  

This week we are pouring a glass of Rosé while we talk about finding a skill (or sharpening an old one) to help us improve on ourselves.  Whatever it is that you want to be good at, why waste a day.  Where would you be this time next year if you started today?
