My something good
I have listened to virtually every episode of this podcast and my week is always better when a new episode drops. Will Run For is motivational without taking itself too seriously and the hosts are hilarious, candid about their running experiences, and incredibly kind if you get to meet them in person.

Great pod Great people!
I love the banter and the honesty about how we runners don’t always love running! (And that summer running is hard. ) Encouraging and funny with great tips and race recaps.

Great Pod
Love the crew, love the show. It’s relatable. And STS is my favorite race weekend, too.

Great podcast for all runner types
Thank for you making such a relatable podcast, and I appreciate feeling like a friend at the table listening to you all share your running adventures and experiences. I found your podcast after MCM last year, I was coming off of the feeling of success and wanting to hear others share their experience - MCM was my first marathon and a goal I wanted to accomplish before turning 40. I was happy to hear of your triumph, Tom, and it made me back track to listen to your training journey. Through this, I also became aware and sympathetic to Erin’s and Michael’s story. I’m so sorry for your loss but the podcasts reflect a perseverance through a very intense time to face, and I respect you all very much as you figure out how to navigate life while sharing both triumphs and loss. I look forward to hearing all of your podcasts and jump onto a platform I only use when I put in reviews (usually listen on Spotify). I am a casual runner, and so hearing people like Diana and Tom share race experiences that don’t have to be insane PRs or monumental amounts of races and extreme distances is nice to relate to. I feel especially seen when I hear Diana talk about her running, and she has the funniest thoughts that she says out loud where I think “same.”
I do very much respect Michael being a very relatable runner too - it is amazing to hear his feats and be real about his challenges with his very different relationship to running in comparison to the other hosts. A marathon was/is a huge distance, and it feels hard to listen to people talk about it so casually the same way I talk about a 10k. I appreciate all of your experiences and the respect you all have, and I wish you all the best on your races to come this year and beyond!

Don’t Fear The Code Brown
We’ve been fans of this podcast for years and now that I have a fruit phone (regretfully) I finally have the ability to leave a 5 star review on fruit podcast. The Will Run For family is awesome and makes my drive into work on Mondays fly by. I’ve learned how to get the stink out of my running clothes in a work trip from Michael. On the Ground Pods with Tom from a bar are some of the best content you’ll ever hear and Diana is the Star who once famously said “suck it on the runs” Erin is missed but we’ll always have “it’s like icy hot for your cornhole” Bryana has been a great addition to the fam.
But really this review is for Tom, go run 5 miles and Don’t Fear The Code Brown!

Real and Always Fun
Your banter makes my long hours on the road go by so much faster! Love the giggles and fun running stories. Miss Erin’s laugh, but will never stop listening!

Relatable & Funny
I love a good relatable podcast and this team hits the mark. From struggle runs to RunDisney adventures and everything in between, these folks keep it real. I love hearing what my friends are “running for” just as much as I love when strangers pass me while running, staring because I’m laughing while running. I mostly blame Tom for that. Thank you for making me consistently look forward to the next episode.

Used to be DW4Me.
Since you mentioned that I gave the last review, here’s another one. Congrats on the MCM. Dad was a Marine and will always be grateful for those who run this. So now you’ve got a 5 mile run to do.

I enjoy listening to good friends chatting about running!
Love to listen to them talking about the real life details about training for races. Have known them for years through various running groups. But I feel like I know them more by listening to their goals and accomplishments along with their struggles and successes! Keep keeping it real! And I miss Erin, dearly.

The Deadpool (Will Run For) to the Captain America (Rise & Run)
While I am a huge fan of Rise & Run, I am equally a fan of the Will Run For Podcast. I would love to say that I am G rated, growing up in Utah. But let’s face it, sometimes we want a little irreverent humor to go along a 5 miler. This podcast is funny, all heart and a little rough around the edges. But that can also describe a runner. Wonderful Podcast!

These people are funny
Great podcast about drinking beer at post-race parties all over the mid-Atlantic and Disney. Also, friendship and heartache. Every once in a while I think about Diane’s chafing story and laugh out loud. And I will think of Erin at every start line.

Great Running Podcast!
Found Will Run For through Rise & Run and so happy I did! It’s inspiring and hysterical and keeps me moving in my long runs. Love the realness of the conversation - some weeks I’m killing it on training and then sometimes life ends up lifing and they make me feel like it’s not just me. Love to have the show in my lineup.

I adore this podcast
Erin, Diana, Tom, and Michael are truly the best. Their friendship is refreshing and it translates well across the airwaves (?). I love the community they’ve cultivated through the years and I’m looking forward to many more episodes. Thank you for being my go-to podcast, especially when I’m doing my 1000 piece puzzles. 💜

I love the Will Run For crew :)
If you like running and Disney, you'll enjoy listening to this fun group. I especially like the Inside the Runners Studio episodes where runners of all levels share stories and their running journey. This is a fun and relatable crowd, perfect to listen to on a long run.

I have no shame
Excellent Podcast to listen to while running, driving, driving to a run, walking, run-walking, cleaning up around the house, or while googling your hero’s like Patti LaBelle, Ben Franklin, the cast of Outer Banks or “Greg”…. Give it a listen. The chemistry is palpable…

Good listen
I love the show! I finally figured out how to review podcasts and was first to recommend WillRunFor. I enjoy their take on running and recap on adventures and real life experiences they have. The team Tom, Diana, Erin, and Michael gel and make the show an enjoyable listen when you’re commenting home or during your runs.

Love this Podcast!
Listening to these close friends talk about running, Disney, life, and every topic in between has sparked so much joy!! This is my favorite Podcast! They’ve kept me entertained on long training runs, car rides (where our whole family listens and laughs), and frolicking around the house!! Inside The Runner’s Studio episodes are great to learn about other runners. I’d give this Podcast a trillion stars if I could - it’s Super Sized Awesomeness!!!!

Nice listen
Stumbled on the podcast recently and it is fun to listen to on a long run. It sounds like a group of runners I would share a chocolate milk with after the race. Good crew. Worth a listen.

My New Favorite Podcast!
I found Will Run For after hearing the Rise and Run podcast mention them. It’s my new long run go-to! From Michael and Erin’s Grand Canyon experience to the feeling of panic lining up at the Cherry Blossom 10-Mile, I find myself laughing out loud with the gang.
As soon as you get merch, I’ll chuck this Rise and Run podcast visor in the trash. Just kidding, I love their visor, but I would also love Will Run For merch. :)
Thanks for the great podcast!

Long overdue review
I found Will Run For shortly after I signed up for the 2024 Dopey Challenge and quickly figured out that this was more than a podcast - this was a conversation with running friends. The topics covered are extremely relatable - from running for mental health to attempting yet another fitness ‘reset’. I can’t thank you enough for the entertainment as well as the community you’ve created!
kpfenn54
Not your typical running podcast. And that’s a good thing!
Each episode is a genuine conversation between friends. Nothing is out of bounds (like onlyYams) and you always feel like part of the conversation even though you are not in the room when they are recording. This is indeed for runners, by runners without being too serious when it comes to running. This podcast is as real as it gets.

“Nacho” Average Podcast
I discovered Will Run for Podcast while listening to the Rise and Run Family Feud episode. As I prepare for the Disneyland Halloween half- marathon and my first Dopey in January 2025, it’s been so much fun having Tom, Michael, Diana, and Erin in my ear and making me laugh while running those long runs. I love how much I can relate to their personal stories and struggles while also being inspired by the accomplishments of others through the goal getters’ feature.
Keep up the at work and I hope to meet you all in person at a future race one day!

Just give it a listen
Simply the best running podcast, very broad range of topics discussed and always lots of laughs. I look forward to all the new episodes.

A great laugh!
You all are so funny and I’m so happy my aunt introduced me to your podcast! I started listening to you on 4/22 starting at episode 1 and I’m currently on episode 34 as of 4/29. Such an easy listen and makes time go by fast during a run (and work)!

Celebration of 100 episodes
My favorite memory is the Rock N The Knob Series! Hardest marathon I’ve done and hearing everyone’s experiences with the different distances offered was incredible. -GregInOrl

Great for a Goofy Introvert
The Will Run For crew has been my imaginary friend group since I moved into my own place with just my Chiweenie.
The hosts have a passion for movement and health, but they don’t make it their whole personality - they set serious goals but don’t take life all that seriously, and bring humor to some really tough topics, making the sport of running more approachable and fun. They celebrate the highs, but aren’t afraid to call out trash days when there really isn’t a bright side.
As an introverted solo runner that loves to laugh, the banter makes me feel surrounded by friends and reminds me no one is alone in their journey (fitness or otherwise).
I’ve been lurking for over a year now so it’s about time i finally pay it forward!

Fun and light-hearted runcast
Really great show. Don’t come here for real running advice, but come here for advice on how to make running fun. The hosts have great chemistry. Only complaint is that they appear to be Peleton people, meaning us iFit people can’t ride with them. Ps. This review triggers Tom’s commitment for a procedural live stream.

Thanks for the company on long runs!
Listening to WRF on my long runs is like bringing friends and fellow RunDisney obsessives along with me. Lots of laughs, great advice and personal stories make this podcast so enjoyable. I’m also a big fan of their Inside the Runners Studio episodes, which highlight regular people and their motivations for running. It’s great to have a podcast that’s relatable to the average runner.

Great podcast!
I really enjoy the podcast! It checks all the boxes; running with some Disney, trails, drinks, and real life adventures too. Y’all are super relatable and such fun to listen to. Thanks! -clarsen93

Another great Disney running podcast!
Training for my 4th Dopey and some fall marathons. I got caught up on another rundisney podcast last year so I needed something new and learned Shauny had done and episode and had to listen. I’m very much enjoying catching up from the beginning during my training and commuting. I enjoy how laid back and real you all are and it’s nice to know I’m not the only one who sometimes rides the struggle bus or falls off the wagon with my training. I also lived in Maryland for half my childhood and went back for the B&A trail run at my alma mater this year so I love hearing about areas I know so well. Hope to see you all at marathon weekend!

Best Podcast Ever!
Have been listening from the beginning and realized I have never left a 5 star review! I have listened to many running podcasts and this one is by far the BEST! I appreciate their honesty, their humor, and they keep me entertained and laughing and my long runs. -Laura F.

Great Long Run Buddies
Although I gave an introduction/review on a Facebook post, I wanted to leave 5 stars here to help Tom with his running goals. 😉. I enjoy listening to the podcast while on my training runs and find myself talking back to you all like it was a real time conversation. I’ve been binge listening and am almost caught up. Thanks for the entertainment and hope to meet some or all of you on course at some point.

I love listening to you guys, even though you are hundreds of miles away, you all are near and dear to my heart (and laughing in my ear as I run those weekly miles). I hope to meet up with you all at Princess Weekend, I got in for the 1/2 marathon! Stephanie

Entertaining Podcast
You guys are awesome! Love the energy and realness you bring to this running podcast. I’m always entertained whether I listen while running, walking or commuting. Also I think Tom should add an extra couple of miles for my review because well … the bottomless brunch runners studio! IYKYK🤣🤷♀️❤️

Love this podcast
CoachMalrundisney got me hooked on this show. Its been the only thing I’ve been listening to going into Med City half marathon in Rochester MN. This podcast is fun and keeps me entertained as I’m putting in all these miles for my 1st marathon in June. Keep up the great work!

Hilarious!
I found you guys through Greg at Rise and Run Podcast and I’m so glad he told us about you! You are hilarious and so entertaining to listen to!! My neighbors must think I’m crazy as I’m running by their house literally laughing out loud at the things you talk about! Who laughs while running alone??!!! Thanks for taking my mind off the run and helping the miles fly by!

One of my faves!
I’ve been listening to this podcast for a couple years now, and finally figured out how to leave a review. That can only mean it’s currently raining and my training got delayed for the day, because apparently all I know how to do is train and listen to this podcast. Seriously though, I love listening to these 4 friends and runners. They keep things real, share the ups and downs, have great senses of humor, love Disney but aren’t completely brainwashed by the mouse, and their pets make frequent appearances. What’s not to love?!?!

Sitting Around With Friends Vibes
One of my “can’t miss an episode” podcasts. I love a lot of things about this podcast but the biggest one is that it’s like sitting around with friends. I laugh a lot; I get teary sometimes. I appreciate how real and open they are about their accomplishments and their struggles, especially about the mental side of training and running. I also love how they are so supportive and will go cheer local races that they may not be participating in. They were a bright spot of last year’s Philly marathon for me. So much love for Tom, Dianna, Erin, and Michael.

Will run for your podcast
You guys brought me into the world of podcasts! I hate running to music (psychopath, I know) but I LOVE listening to you guys as I run! I feel like I’m running with friends instead of solo. You all keep it real with some good info, while getting to know you guys. Thanks for being an inspiration to get out there while I nurse this injury come back!

Lurking and Listening
I’ve been listening for almost a year and finally am getting to leaving a review. Love the podcast. You all crack me up and give voice to many of the thoughts I have during races and training. Congratulations on your recent Disney triumphs! I ran “only” the marathon this year but plan for Dopey 2024! Hope to see you all at Princess and make it to a meet up :)

You’ll laugh… You’ll cry…
Can’t tell you how much I enjoy listening to 4 friends talk about running and life in a real way…. There is so much more to running than just the running itself and you do a tremendous job of bringing that to the forefront. Love seeing how far you’ve come and can’t wait to see how far it goes! Thx for the laughs and motivation… keep it coming!

Love them!
The fact that they keep me listening even after talking about feet 🤮 shows how amazing this podcast really is! I’ve never listened to more relatable running content.

Will Run For keeps me Running!
I love listening to this crew while I run. Shuts up that mean girl in my head and makes it feel like I’m on a group run with friends!

It’s laughs, fun and running
It’s always great to listen to a podcast that aligns with similar hobbies, enjoying the spirit of competition (usually within ourselves), encouraging people to get out and be active and having fun and laughs at the same time. Thanks for the great listen!

Real runners podcast
To quote Benjamin Franklin “ Well done is better than well said.” Love listening to these 4 runner friends talk about their training and running adventures. Totally relatable and a joy to listen each week (milesandcrowns)

New Never Miss A Monday Show!
I found this podcast about a year ago, with Maria’s interview and has become my new Never Miss A Monday tradition! Each time I listen it’s like we are all kicking back and chatting about gross feet, running goals, recapping races and Mickey waffles with friends. Thank you for bringing motivation and joy each week to the running community and can’t wait to meet you all in January!

Great podcast!
I started listening a few months ago and am just a few episodes away from being caught up! Found this podcast from listening to Rise and Run, so glad I did!

Love y’all!
A sign of a great podcast (to me) is when you want to jump in the conversation with them and Will Run For does just that. I feel like I’m sitting around catching up with friends each episode. Each episode is always fun and motivating. I love the support they give each other and the entire run community. Thank y’all for putting together a great podcast.

Relatable and fun
After only a few episodes, this quickly became one of my favorite podcasts. I listen to these 4 friends on my drive to and from work while they discuss running, not running, food, drink, etc. Episodes 2-5 are my favorites as I learned about each of their running journeys. I find myself regularly cheering for Tom, echoing Diana’s “absolutely not” and “what is wrong with you” as Erin and Michael recount their ultra madness, and wondering at E & M’s ability to run ALL THOSE MILES and not die. If you’re looking for a running podcast to inspire, motivate and entertain you, give this crew a listen.
