Who has ever said those words to a Personal trainer or Gym instructor? 

Or maybe its been "I just wanna tone up" What if I told you that, toning up is the same as building muscle?

And that its hella hard to get bulky (believe me I've been trying!) But also.. 

There are so many more benefits to strength training for women?  Well in todays podcast I've done just that.  

I speak about the many, (non asthethic) benefits of strength training for women. 

This includes: 

1. Making daily life easier 

2. Higher metabolism 

3. Lower risk of injury 

4. Making bones stronger (probably the most important one) 

The fitness industry tends to sell us on the fatloss benefits and while they will be there too, its very important that we look at the other benefits that can actually change our lives for the better!
