I dive into feeling lonely, not accomplished enough and left behind, but I also talk about the gratitude you gain from fully noticing things. Im so excited for this, I've always wanted to do this, even if only one person listens I just want to give someone the chance to grow with themselves without feeling alone, and just become a whole new girl (or guy)! I've put myself through a lot the last few months and I definitely am not sure that Im the most qualified to give advice, but I do know that I've gotten through all those things and learned from every single one. I just had wished the whole time that I could hear someone talk about what I was going through without judging me for how I felt so that is why Im starting this podcast and I really hope is gives someone that peace of mind that you are not alone and you are so so loved!
