Today as we celebrate our 2nd Wedding Anniversary we reflect on and read our vows from the ceremony. It has been such a blessed and beautiful past 2 years and we attribute that to God's hand on us choosing to pursue him as we pursue each other and the call he has for us. Be encouraged to grow, get ideas and think of ways to approach your relationship through our story.

God calls us to be strong and courageous. Are there things in your life that you've had or still need to overcome? Today we share a few stories of when we needed to be strong in order to overcome the situation. Sometimes we need to be bold and couragours to take action and make our dreams not just a thought but a reality.

Codependency is a huge toxic trait in relationships. People can be very unaware if they are or in one. Obsession can be seen as unhealthy but channeled the right way can produce intimacy in a relationship or craft. Being mindful of the truth and having the awareness to asses and make the right move is critical if you are in an unhealthy place in your relationship. Our advice be obsessed but not codependent.

Commitments... Though they are not convenient they challenge us, push us, encourage us to grow, and prepare us for a future that we weren't sure was even possible. Making and keeping commitments take discipline and demand a form of self awareness and respect. They produce great things in and through our relationships with ourselves, God, and our partner. Fruit can be so delicious and nourishing or it can be bitter and toxic. Just like relationships. So in order to properly asses you need to take inventory. It can look good on the outside but what's going on on the inside and how do we transform the fruit? All this and more in this fun episode diving into the masks people use to disguise manipulation. Manipulation can hide with these common phrases such as "I'm just looking out for your best interest" "You've changed" and "I'm Concerned' This can be sweet but also many times are not sincere be discerning and start with the fruit of your life and tend that to produce in all relationships.

Is it religion? Is it a relationship? Diving in to our own unique and personal journeys regarding faith and our relationship with God individually and as a family. The fundamental of all relationships is communication. As you communicate with God you learn more about Him and about yourself. When you communicate with your partner you build intimacy and increase depth with your relationship. Faith is powerful and a core fundamental because it dares to trust and believe in what we can't necessarily see in the physical but always shows up and is the foundation of the spiritual. Wherever you are at you can always choose to grow deeper in your faith.

Grace is a gift we can choose to give to our partner. It is a covering that empowers them to be vulnerable but also the ability to grow into the person we know they can become. Through circumstances in life we have to be pro active in choosing to lead with grace. This is one of our roots that we have found growing deeper in this new season of parenthood and wanted to share some unique experiences and how we have navigated through them to keep growing deeper in our love for each other. @whereverwegohoweverwegrow

The story of our Supernatural Birth experience. There was truly an open heaven over us from everything from water breaking, to time to push to holding our little bundle of joy. Gabrielle chose to do it all natural yet at the hospital and experienced one of the greatest feats of life giving birth. The beauty and grace she handled it with was awe inspiring to say the least. Our First few weeks as parents! We wanted to sit down and reflect on this theme we realized in the first few moments of holding our precious boy Oliver Knox Fleming who was born on March 18, 2023. The idea that us loving each other not only creates intimacy in our life but actually is the source to bring new life into this world is such a beautiful miracle. Learning the new rhythms of life in parent hood and understand while yes it may change some things it will rather enhance everything. The joy, the fun, the tears, the love... hold on always to the love.

Pregnancy is such an amazing season of a whole new chapter of life. It was such a season of being in between two massive differences. They say parenthood changes everything and so we wanted to dive into to the thoughts of what we have been experiencing in this special season.
