Richa Tandon is a Director in Private Debt with Benefit Street Partners (“BSP”), a credit-focused alternative asset management firm with approximately $26 billion in assets under management. Prior to joining BSP in 2014, Ms. Tandon was an Associate at Trilantic Capital Partners, where she worked on executing private equity investments in the business services and consumer sectors. Prior to joining Trilantic, Ms. Tandon worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Tandon received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

​​​​​Dr. Mrunal Parmar is a board certified Pediatric Dentist. He is the proud owner of a pediatric dental practice, The Smile Stop Pediatric Dentistry, in Park Ridge, NJ. He graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Biology before earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Parmar was admitted to the highly sought-after Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Parmar has worked as a Pediatric Dentist in Northern and Central New Jersey for several years.  He is a proud member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
