Welcome everyone to “Where do we go from here” Like many of you I am an enthusiast of many hobbies and interests and as such this Podcast will be uniquely different. Whereas a typical podcast tends to focus specifically on one topic, I intend on bucking the trend by releasing content covering a wide variety of subjects and interests. My intention is to produce episodes that will engage and inform you the listener so that we can tackle such future subject categories as art, design, music, education, business, news, politics, psychology, philosophy, technology and yes even cooking.

66% of Americans play some form of video games at least weekly . . . and the video gaming industry’s worth is projected in the U.S. to reach $ 221.4 billion in 2023 and $ 583.69 billion in 2030 . . so what’s the deal with video games and why are they so widely popular? How did they evolve from rudimentary blips on oscilloscope screens to the high-definition games we play today? Are they intrinsically good or bad for us or society as a whole? Finally, what are the potential economic impacts of the video gaming industry? These are all topics we will discuss in this episode of Video Gaming 101, so please join me as we learn all about video gaming.
