I’ve been meditating for a while and I LOvE that this one is scripture based . Your voice is so gentle and calming speaking the word of God. Gets my day started with a joy and peace in my heart. Excited to hear more .

There are countless meditation resources but none that I’ve found are scripture based. This is powerful and a beautiful avenue for filling your spiritual/mental/emotional reservoir every morning.

What a gift to find a meditation podcast that is rooted in scripture and connected to heart. I will be recommending this to people. 10 minutes rooting myself in Truth and I already feel more hope filled!

Such a soothing, joyful way to start your day! This gets you focused in the right direction before your day gets going. The scriptures are encouraging and well chosen. This is actually a good meditation any time you need to pause and reset. Her voice is soothing and calming. I’ve actually listened to this on the cool down of my morning walk, too!
