Both of us are proud of our generation and we're both big music lovers. So this week we decided to combine those two elements of our lives into one episode, honoring the songs that truly shaped Generation X.A few of the songs we picked are personal to us, while others are going to be on just about everyone's lists. For the most part, these songs all came out while we were growing up. But most of the songs have also lived long lives beyond their original popularity. Appearing in TV shows, movies, commercials and sports stadiums to this day. This episode will appeal to any Gen-X person, but honestly anyone who loves good music will appreciate it too.As you listen along and think of your own list, keep in mind these don't have to be your personal favorite songs.
