I noticed the explicit tag has been resurrected from the Crossover Show Days. And might I say, thank goodness. The conversations are still professional(when warranted), but feel more organic to the way those in the disciplines actually speak to each other. Thank you!

There are few shows that talk about the three disciplines that talk about serious topics but keep it informative and insert humor. This is one of those shows. It is topics that encourage people to be better versions of themselves.

These guys are the Dynamic Duo of first responders. Is “synergy” still a word? They are synergized. Funny stuff but packed full of fantastic info.

I have been a fan of these two guys for a long time going back to a simple blog, then a podcast and now a new podcast with a completely different feel and frame. Class acts all around and doing great work. You definitely should subscribe to this podcast... DO it, do it NOW!

I always liked their old show. This rebranding and new direction makes it even better. Guests have all so far all had improtant messages that people should hear.

HM and MC have done a great job transitioning from The Crossover Show to WYE and discussing topics related to first responders. The topics are on point and make you think. As a criminal prosecutor familiar with the issues our public servants face each day, I especially love that the hosts are bringing awareness to topics like self-care. I hope first responders find this podcast to bring awareness to real issues that pop up. Well done, guys.

Going against my FTO tendencies to give 5 stars for anything short of saving my life, HM and MC have well deserved it. Have been listening to these two for years and their new project is a fantastic transition. They went from two jackwagons talking about police and fire stuff, to two jackwagons talking about police and fire and other stuff, but taking things a bit deeper to really look for ways to help all of us get through whatever’s causing static in our lives. Great new show boys. I will admit though, I miss the old BOLO tones.
