Janice Palaganas and Peter Cahn discuss popular topics in faculty development and offer 3 tips for each episode. These are tips we found helpful in developing faculty. Dr. Palaganas is a mom, emergency nurse practitioner, past hospital administrator, simulationist, Associate Professor of Interprofessional Studies, and Associate Director of the Health Professions Education Program at MGH Institute of Health Professions. Dr. Cahn is a cultural anthropologist, Associate Provost for Academic Affairs, and Director and Professor in the Center for Interprofessional Studies and Innovation. He is passionate about integrating the humanities in all that he does.
