I guess it doesn’t matter as there doesn’t appear to be any new episodes, but the podcast is interesting, however the jarring editing for the commercials makes it a hard pass. Honestly, someone is saying something interesting and then the next second is a noisy ad for a casino? How not to edit a podcast for commercials!!!!

I came across this show while listening to the host of Mens Rea at a Crimecon episode with Gemma Delaney collaborating. I just became enthralled with her voice and had to hear more from her. I found her podcast, What’s Up Doc, and have been listening ever since! I listen to all sorts of crime-based podcasts and Gemma’s focus is very unique. If you like the true crime genre, you will really enjoy her take on crime documentaries. Give it a go!

What a great follow-up to all my favorite true crime documentaries. I can’t wait to discuss them with my friends when I watch them, and this is even better! Gemma does her research and knows her stuff, so you even get extra tidbits.

Gemma does and amazing job recapping the documentaries she watches and presenting all sides of the stories. I ❤ the podcast

True crime fans this is what you need!

I love this podcast and I really liked the Cecil hotel episode I’m obsessed with that place!!!

Great listen. Inthralling and entertaining.

There's so many interesting documentaries out there! Love how this podcast covers them!

Intense and detailed! Very real and descriptive. So intriguing true documentary breakdowns that will make your blood boil! Awesome host and suspenseful content! Engaging and edge of the seat thrilling! Looking forward to more!

I am so glad I stumbled across the amazing new podcast! It’s so perfect for me as a documentary lover and true crime podcaster myself. I absolutely love the reviews! This was a blast!!! Highly recommend! Laura McD Ivy League Murders

I love how your topics vary & open up the door of in depth conversations. Especially the episode where what if the chemist is under influence of the sample drugs where it’s their job to test it & should you trust the validity. I look forward to many more episodes

Just finished episode 23 - The Forgotten West Memphis Three. Gemma does a great job of presenting information and giving a synopsis of the hottest True Crime Docs we (true crime nerds) all know and love. Great show and great presentation <3

Seriously! My favoite podcast is Sup Doc which was the first podcast about documentaries started like 5 years ago. This is a blantant rip off of Sup Doc. Same idea, same format nearly same name (nice try). Sup Doc is hosted by two comedians that love docs and they have on great guest (Dana Gould, Todd Glass, Brett Morgen). Not sure why this podcast had to steal from them so blatantly but I guess its hard to have new ideas anymore.

This podcast has been great for finding new documentaries and listening to discussion about them. Especially, if none of your friends are interested in watching them.
