In today's episode I'm sharing something one of my retreat participants did after our retreat that I think is one of the most quietly radical things I have heard in a long time.
She found herself in New York City with almost no phone battery, turned it off, and spent the day following her own curiosity — the Jefferson Building, Rockefeller Center, Broadway — with no map and no agenda. She left tired and came back revitalized.
The artist date is not about rest. It is about exposure — exposing your soul to new experiences, new beauty, new wonder.
Today's episode is about why replenishment might look nothing like what you expect.
Question to carry into your day:
What would your version of the artist date look like — and when could you give yourself one this week?
If the way you replenish yourself involves food in ways that don't feel good, let's talk. Visit https://link.allyone.io/widget/bookings/mc-discoverycall to book a free discovery call about the Stop Starting Over System.
