What the Queer? is presented by Peter’s Place RVA, a recovery housing organization that centers BIPOC queers living in or seeking a lifestyle in recovery from drugs and alcohol. WTQ? touches on topics related to the ugly truth about recovery support that is dominated by and geared towards White individuals. In this podcast, the hosts speak frankly about the insidiousness of traditional recovery that hinders BIPOC queers from accessing safety from their vices. Co-hosted by Shauntelle Hammonds and Jamie Osorio.
