Ever seen one of those "heroes work here" signs??? Seriously, though, what the hell is up with that? I'm a Nurse working on the front lines during the Panini, blah blah blah, and I've got some big T on all things SUPER. Started off with a quarantine-fueled venture into the Spiderverse and then I found myself wondering all sorts of things about how we find our Super power and what we do with it. Turns out maybe instead of trying to save anyone else, we should just be our own super hero (exercising whatever powers...hopefully for good rather than evil... that we may possess). Today's episode also features the lovely, transcendent "I'll Get Over It" by Madeline Kenney, Oakland-based singer/songwriter. This song feels like a space-ship trip to a planet of getting over something and gaining new understanding in the process.
