Why oh WHY are the popularity-chasers so desperate to avoid the very topic that might save people? SIN is a popular activity... but not a popular preaching topic.

Our people are starving for more of God... and we're feeding them the "Turkish Delight" of self-glorification. It infuses our "sermons" and stains our "worship". What happened to the WORSHIP in the worship service? Our "houses of worship" have become self-improvement temples where we sing about what God can do for us. It's wrong, and in so doing, we rob God of the worship He deserves.
